We have 19 artists registered for "North by West".
Please provide your remaining images on or before October 24th.
Your art work submissions can include 5 large paintings or 7 medium paintings or 10 small paintings (This includes the painting that you have already uploaded). You may also choose to submit a combination of small, medium or large provided that the total length of all artwork does not exceed 140 horizontal inches. You will have a maximum of 11.7 feet of horizontal space. However, the artwork may be distributed throughout the gallery and not hung together.
Here are the size guidelines: LARGE 24.1” or more on the longest side MEDIUM 12.1” - 24.0” on the longest side SMALL 12” or less on the longest side (Note: a diptych will be considered as 2 paintings)
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO NEXT: Please provide your remaining images on or before October 24th.
For identification, please label the image file with the artist's surname, first initial, an image number, and the word "NorthWest", e.g. SmithJ#NorthWest - where "#" is the number of the image. Please start with "2", since your registration image counts as the first one. Images must be in JPG format 300 dpi measuring a minimum of 1200 pixels on any one side. Please note that images larger than 10MB cannot be accepted.
Please use the form below to submit your images. You will also be asked basic questions regarding your paintings, including title, price, medium, size - as well as your e-mail address and phone number. This additional information will assist with label making, drop off/pick up as well as providing the contact information for sales.
We have your main promo image that was submitted in July - we'll ask for the basic information, but no need to upload the image a second time. Thanks!
