My creations are made from discarded materials found at the side of the road, and on beaches. My inspiration is from working as a researcher and educator exploring the impacts of violence on learning and from a recognition of the environmental impact of our throw away society. I believe that nothing and no one needs to be discarded, or simply fixed, instead I invite us all to see the beauty in the broken places, to examine our reflections afresh, and imagine new possibilities.
